You should bring your own bed linen and towels if renting accommadation.
        Bed linen Bed linen can be hired for 8€ per person.

Domestic animals are welcome on the Campsite and in the Gite only.
      Domestic animal They have to be registered, fully vaccinated and kept on a lead.

Travel Cot and Highchair can be hired subject to availability.
       Travel Cot 15€ per week
       Highchair 10€ per week

Preference:
Your preference will be taken into account, but cannot be guaranteed.

For Camping/Caravans and for Renting:
Deposit 50% of the total rent + 15€ reservation costs.
 After your booking is confirmed by e-mail the above deposit is required within 10 working days.
After your deposit is received your holiday confirmation will be sent by post.
The remainder amount has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Payment:
Can be made by Bank Deposit or Credit Card.

Conditions:

ARRIVAL:
The accommodation  is available on Saturday from 4.00 p.m. With notification of late arrival, the accommodation will be available up to 24 hours after the date and time agreed on. Hereafter the accommodation is free to rent again. In the case of late arrival no refund will be given.

The pitch is available from 12:00pm on the day of arrival. With notification of late arrival, the pitch will be available up to 24 hours after the date and time agreed on. Hereafter the pitch is free to rent again. In the case of late arrival no refund will be given.

DEPARTURE:
The Saturday of departure the accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. In the case of  a late departure a night extra will be charged (equally to one-seventh of the rental sum per week). In the case of early departure no refund will be given.

The pitch will be vacated by 12:00pm on the day of departure. In the case of  a late departure a night extra will be charged.   In the case of early departure no refund will be given.

REFUNDABLE CASH DEPOSIT:
For accommodation the refundable deposit will cover extra cleaning costs, theft, breakages, damage of goods or furniture. 

CANCELLATION:
In the case of  cancellation no refund will be made. You are advised to take your own additional insurance cover for cancellation.

INSURANCE:
 The Holiday Centre does not take any responsibility for losses or thefts or other means of personal damages.
The Holiday Centre does not take any responsibility in the case of any accidents.
You are advised to take your own additional insurance cover any of the above.

DISPUTE:
In the case of a dispute it will be dealt with by the tribunal in Périgueux.
